A wedding can be, you know, a wedding– or, it can be pop-up art. A storytelling venture. Magic. For Annie & Jim’s Spring wedding at Meadowood Napa Valley, we incorporated illustrations from a trip to Europe, desserts from the coast (A&J’s favorite place) courtesy of Edith Meyer, Parisian blue ribbon-tied paper goods crafted by Lynn & Lou Paper Co., and bites that told A&J’s love story. Their guests traveled from all corners of the globe to celebrate their love; and, in turn, we celebrated their guests– adorning their tablescapes with rose gold flatware, fruit accents, gauzy plant dyed silk runners, and velvet napkins the color of a calm sea. Nancy Liu Chin‘s thoughtfully designed vibrant, Spring-inspired florals overflowing with greenery and texture created an air of fun and whimsy, and Found Rentals‘ unique, organic décor added a touch of warmth to the rare, “woodsy meets wine country” setting that engaged couples flock to Meadowood to experience.
Christina McNeill, talented photographer and editor of major National blog Snippet & Ink captured A&J’s incredible day alongside Alessandro Bordoni– a cinematographer so (so) good that we flew him in from Italy for the occasion. We’ll be sharing sneak peeks of A&J’s wedding in our portfolio, but in the meantime check out this incredible BTS look Alessandro shot of our work at this incredible wedding. Thank you SO much Alessandro! xx
